Help Required .. weird problem

Hi

I am vanitha. I completed my 10th 9 years back. Because of personal problems I could not complete my further education. Is there any way that I can take 2nd PUC exam out of college? Please help as I want to pursue my education to do a graduation.

If it is not possible.. is there any other way. Please help.
